Subscription Based Recurring Billing — Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Annually
You must provide a valid billing method. Flower-Flo.com will immediately charge your account upon signing up for our service. We will continue to debit your account automatically thereafter depending on the frequency of your selected subscription. This process will remain in full force until Flower-Flo.com receives a cancellation notice submitted through our contact us form on our website. We must receive the cancellation notice a minimum of 3 business days (not counting holidays or weekends) prior to your next billing date in order to avoid being billed for the following month. Business days are Monday through Friday only, and do not include holidays or weekends.
Refund Policy
We provide a 3-day refund policy. We will refund you 100%, provided that you request your refund within 3 days of your initial enrollment date. We pay our vendors after 3 days for every member. Therefore, we cannot honor or authorize refund requests after 3 days for reimbursement, as we have already forwarded that money to our clients. If we have delivered your flowers, no refund will be authorized or approved. Also, if we already have attempted delivery, no refund will be authorized.
Limitations of Liability
This web site is for your personal and commercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and as a condition of your use, you warrant and represent to flower-flo.com that you will not use this web site for any illegal purpose, or for any purpose that is prohibited by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Specifically, you may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, license, create derivative works from, or sell any product, services, information or software obtained from this web site without prior consent from flower-flo.com. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of San Diego located in the State of California, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such court. Any legal action concerning these Terms or this Web site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, and must be brought in the State of California where our corporate headquarters are located.

Monthly – This is a pre pay subscription based service. If your payment date is in between the 1st and the 20th of a month, your first delivery will be between the 21st and 31st of the month and then every month thereafter. If your payment date is in between the 21st and 31st of a month, your first delivery will be between the 1st and the 10th of the very next month. The delivery day during the week will vary but is guaranteed to be delivered on any day Mon-Sunday of your delivery timeframe.
Bi-Monthly – This is a pre pay subscription based service. If your payment date is in between the 1st and the 20th of a month, your first delivery will be between the 21st and 31st of the month and then every two months thereafter.
